EDPE2021 – live event in Dubrovnik is approaching. We are happy to announce that final conference program is finished. Only minimal changes can occure in the next days. You can simply find your time and place of presentation, by finding you paper code in the list of papers and than locating your session using your paper code. All presentations are oral, we do not have poster session at EDPE2021. Presentations should not be longer than 15 minutes + 3 minutes for discussion. There is no proposed template for presentations.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

On-site registration (in CAAS building) will be opened from Tuesday, September 21st from 17:00 to 20:00. Registration desk will be opened also on Wednesday, September 22nd, from 8:00. At on-site registration desk you can pay additional registrations using credit cards or cash.

As our registration system does not collect all requested data for issuing invoices, please send us (on edpe2021@fer.hr) your full and correct company address and VAT number immediately after registration. Do not forget to include your registration data (name and surname). Thank you in advance!

SPECIAL FOOD REQUIREMENTS

As you can see in conference program, we have Welcome reception (Wednesday evening) and Conference Trip with dinner (Thursday afternoon/evening). If you do not eat meat or fish, please let us know it in advance by sending appropriate E-mail (on edpe2021@fer.hr).

TYPHOON HIL WORKSHOP

We are proud to announce that our sponsor, TYPHOON HIL, is organizing interesting workshop – tutorial: Next-generation model-based tools for innovative teaching and research. CONFERENCE TRIP

You will be informed about our trip more detailed on the conference opening (and registration desk). The trip (by bus) starts Thursday, 23rd September, exactly at 14:30 in front of Hilton Hotel Dubrovnik (hotel garage entrance, approx. 200 m from CAAS). As it is not possible for buses to stop for more than few minutes there, please be there at least 5 minutes before. You will have enough time to prepare for the trip, as tutorial will be finished 60 mins earlier. We’ll provide a lunch package for all participants, to make your time until wine tasting and dinner easier. More information about conference trip during conference opening and on registration desk.

ADDITIONAL CONFERENCE TRIP TICKETS

Conference trip is included in all regular registration types. You can also buy additional ticket using our registration portal. It is also possible to buy additional trip tickets on site (using credit card or cash). If you plan to do this, please inform us in advance by sending appropriate E-mail (on edpe2021@fer.hr). This will help us to plan transportation.

CAR PARKING INFO

For those comming with cars it is important to know that car parking is huge and expensive problem in Dubrovnik. The whole Old City and neighborhood is very expensive park zone. Please do not park permanently in front of or near CAAS building. This may be very expensive solution. It is suggested to use Parking garage Glavica, Parking Luka Gruž or private parkings. More ideas you can find here.  Please check the prices before, not to be surprised!

Accomodation for participants is in the new CAAS Residence - Dormitory that consists of 21 single and 13 double rooms (each with bathroom, air condition, phone and Internet). It is located on the third floor of the CAAS building. More information about accomodation you can find on Dormitory web pages and Dormitory pricelist. Due to COVID crisis reservation policy is without cancallation fee, so please hurry an make your reservation on time. All reservations should be made directly through Dormitory, not EDPE2021 Organizing Committee.
