Here are detailed instructions for preparing and uploading your Final paper and Registration. You can find this instructions in separate file here.

EDPE 2021 - Guide for Submission of Final Paper

I Prepare the Final Paper

1) Please carefully improve your manuscript according to the comments from reviewers, and strictly follow the IEEE conference paper template in the form of Microsoft Word or LaTex.

2) This is very important, please add the copyright notice on the bottom of the first paper page, please follow data listed below.

- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

- For all other papers the copyright notice is (implemented in template):

II IEEE PDF eXpress check

Once the final manuscript is ready to submit, authors must create a PDF file according to the IEEE PDF eXpress. All submissions must be IEEE Explore compliant and the only way to ensure this is to use IEEE PDF eXpress at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/

First-time users should do the following:

1) Select the “New Users - Click Here”.

2) Enter the following:

- 53134X for the Conference ID

- your email address

- a password

3) Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent to verify your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above procedure but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

III Final Paper Submission

Final paper upload deadline is Sunday, 5th September 2021. Please upload your papers until this deadline, so that we can prepare final conference schedule as well as conference proceedings. This deadline is strict!

Please inform us as soon as possible by sending an E-mail (on edpe2021@fer.hr) if you are not able to finish your paper on time, or not able to participate the conference for any reason.

Please upload the PDF file created by IEEE PDF eXpress in the CMT paper submission system for Final paper (http://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/EDPE2021). Once you are logged in use the link Create Camera Ready Submission.

During the Final paper submission procedure, you also need to transfer the Copyright via the IEEE electronic Copyright Form. To do so please click the link, Submit IEEE Copyright Form. This is a 2 step procedure, after selecting Submit IEEE Copyright Form you have to click to appropriate link (here) for redirection on the IEEE Copyright Web Site where you are generating IEEE Copyright form for your paper. In the second step you have to upload the generated Copyright form on CMT system. The procedure is straightforward, just follow the instructions.

Please note that IEEE Copyright form is necessary to have your paper published in IEEE Xplore system!

IV Author Registration

EDPE2021 registration system is open on http://conferences.korema.hr
Author's registration fee payment deadline is September, 14th, 2021
Registration system will stay opened until the end of the conference, enabling non-authors and additional authors late registration.
Please disregard security warning on the first registration page, due to certain incompability between server operating system and installed security certificate. However you will not be asked for any sensitive banking data on this page and for payment process you will be transferred to fully secure bank service page - WSPay payment gateway.
One paid registration per paper is required for publishing in IEEE Xplore and inclusion in the conference program and conference proceedings.

As our registration system does not collect all requested data for issuing invoices, please send us (on edpe2021@fer.hr) your full and correct company address and VAT number immediately after registration. Do not forget to include your registration data (name and surname). Thank you in advance!

Notes:

1. In order to have your paper published to the IEEE Xplore library, it is required that you pay at least one registration for each paper.

2. Your final paper in PDF format with IEEE Explore compliant must be submitted no later than September 5, 2021 23:59 CET at http://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/EDPE2021

Your paper must comply with the specifications listed in the guide for authors. Due to publication deadlines, no time extensions will be granted.

3. Your final paper will be submitted for plagiarism checking to the IEEE Crosscheck system. Papers found to contain plagiarized material will not be accepted for publication.

EDPE 2021 - Registration Fees

(registration system opens from September 3rd)

Regular full registration fee 450 EUR

Full registration fee - IEEE members 400 EUR

Student registration fee 300 EUR

Co-author registration fee 300 EUR

Another papers(s) of the same author 200 EUR

Spouses 150 EUR

Extra welcome party ticket 50 EUR

Regular full registration fee includes participation to all conference events, Welcome party, Conference trip with dinner and Conference proceedings.

IEEE members full registration fee includes the same as full registration fee, but IEEE members must prove their status by filling in their IEEE membership number in the field "Please enter the number of each extra". We do not charge extra pages on EDPE2021, so this field is used for entering IEEE membership number.

Student registration fee includes the same as full registration fee, but student must prove their student status by sending an e-mail with appropriate student document.

Co-author registration fee is intended for co-authors of the paper with one full registration paid.

For the second, third and other eventual paper of the same author, 200 EUR fee should be paid for each additional paper.

Spouses fee covers Welcome party and Conference trip for the spouses.

Important notes:

The deadline for registration fee payment enabling publishing the paper in conference proceedings and including the paper in conference programe is 13th September, 2021.
